Born in 1980 in the small village of Juelsminde in Denmark, Knud studied journalism at the well-respected Danish School of Journalism. He worked for several Danish newspapers and spent six months in Bangkok covering the region. After working for the Danish newspaper Nyhedsavisen, where he covered politics at the Danish Parliament, Knud worked for the Danish tabloid EkstraBladet, investigating long-term stories. At present Knud works as a TV-Journalist for TV2.
Kristian, born on the Färöer islands in 1979, fell in love with photography at the age of 16, while having a one year journey to the Salomon islands. He took his passion for photo-journalism along to the Danish School of Journalism, where he graduated in 2007. Since then and until 2012, Kristian has worked as a staff photographer for famous Danish newspaper.

Christian was born and raised in Ibiza in 1977. After studying economics in France (PrepaHEC), USA (Yale University), Germany and Holland, he decided to dedicate himself to film. He started as a trainee in a filmproduction (Caspari Film GmbH) and became the inhouse editor. After working for 5 years there with an emphasis on postproduction supervising, he joined Pictorion Das Werk, one of Germany´s leading postproduction facilities. There, he edited commercials, corporate films, documentaries, music videos, trailers, and short films.
At the same time, Christian has been working on private projects, as a director, editor, and motion artist, with an emphasis on documentaries, corporate films, and music-videos.
Since 2010 Christian works purely freelance. He is the founder of CrysquarePictures, a filmproduction focussed on corporate and commercial films. www.crysquare.com
Max was born in 1978 in Düsseldorf, Germany. He studied management and photojournalism at the Aarhus School of Business and the Danish School of Journalism. Max is one of the founders of Equatorpictures. Next to producing and directing documentary and reportage films, Max works as an independent photographer (www.maximilianwestphal.com) for international magazines and the world of art. Max was awarded, together with the accomplished photographer Michael von Hassel, as the best contemporary artist at Hot-Art-Fair in Basel in 2009. The unconventional TV-series "Wild Germany", where Max directed the pilot "Bugchasing", was nominated for the "Deutsche Fernsehpreis" in 2012.
Since 2013 Max is a full member of Crysquarepictures (www.crysquare.com), a filmproduction concentrating on producing and postproducing visual images for the corporate world.
